NovaArchive uses wavelet technology and RAID 5 drive system for both 90-day uncompressed and seven-year compressed onsite storage. NovaWeb enables secure on- and off-site web access and file sharing of archived 16-bit DICOM images and radiologist reports. Archive Systems NovaRIS , the web-based information system tracks patients through the entire radiology process, from the receptionist to the technician, to the transcriptionist and on to the end of the billing cycle. NovaView , a multi-monitor workstation that supports full DICOM query, retrieval of images point to point or via the Internet, and high-resolution image viewing. Compatible with any PC hardware, NovaView can generate work lists by exam type, anatomic location or any variety of criteria the radiologist determines and also enables auto comparison of archive and new studies.
