PHI and Diakon provide health care and senior living services in the mid-Atlantic area of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Ohio. Diakon also provides a range of programs to meet the needs of children, youth, adults, older adults and families in the ministries and urban areas they serve. _x000D_
