Embracing DoD's goal of creating C4ISR joint interoperability as identified in the Future Combat System (FCS) capabilities, TCE has align its engineering staff experience base with the needs of the C4ISR industry. Furthermore, TCE team has strengthened the development experience of the engineering staff with interoperability testing of missile defense systems using simulations and exercisers such as MDSE and TFX. TCE is a classified facility to the Top Secret level with past performance under NAICS Code 541710 (Weapon Systems R & D) or SIC #8733 (Engineering Research - Communication Systems). Self certified as a small business concern, Techni-Core employees approximately 100 employees per year. Techni-Core has worked for 27 years to build relationships and a knowledge base with the U.S. Army, DoD, NASA, and other government agencies. TCE is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and support for both surge tasks and continuing contracts as a member of a team. Our solutions and support team members hold the appropriate degrees, and are fully trained and certified in the key technologies for defense support. TCE engineers have an in-depth understanding of defense projects through our participation in the AMCOM's SED contract. The principal business done by TCE is its work in the administration and management of indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity of task order contracts. For example, TCE successfully completed a 5-year contract with the U.S. Army AMCOM for Visual Information Presentation Support and Maintenance Services for which a letter recognizing TCE's "resourcefulness in overcoming daily challenges and maintaining high levels of service" was noted with appreciation (See Attached). TCE saved the Government approximately one million dollars per year over the competitively awarded price by establishing and efficiently managing a cost effective and highly productive work order driven repair shop and presentation services. TCE reduced overall frequency of VIE repairs with the Base Operation Infrastructure as upgrades were implemented. Immediate responsiveness to end user presentation support requirements increased significantly due to TCE's work. TCE supports Operational Testing and Developmental Testing at the Aviation and Missile Command's (AMCOM) Software Engineering Directorate (SED). TCE has provided operational and system analysis support to the SPAWAR Systems Center San Diego (SSC SD) for Tactical Communications Environment Segments (TCES) during MDSE, TFIX, JITC, and MDIE tests. TCE also supports the Joint Tactical Ground Station (JTAGS) Product Office as part of the Exercise and Simulation Support Team since 1998. In addition to solutions and support testing, TCE supports NASA MSFC's International Space Station (ISS) and shuttle mission services for equipment maintenance.
